How I can develop, tone and strengthen my upper body without bulking up my traps and shoulders?
I struggled for 13 years and played soccer throughout high school. I lifted weights four days a week for five years for both sports. I've been out of high school for five years. Today I am 5'7 about 155 pounds, and have kept in decent shape in the whole university, but I have the physical body I really want. I know it takes hard work, but I want more toned body I see in Men's Health Mag, but I have fear of using one of your workouts, because I'm not sure how I'll get bulky. Because it uses to lift weights, my upper body is quite wide at this time and I worry if I pick pesos, shoulders and traps are going to get bigger broader, looking bulky. I am looking for a way to develop upper body I want, without bulking up bigger than I am now and keep current frame I have. Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated!
