Do you have to have a hard mentality to ufc? + Is a different kind of fitness for athletic sports?

Ive recently started cage to combat training, ive no martial arts, street fighting boxing background I am from a person not hard fresh.Im just want to do something different, this I'm going to tighten, you have to think about hitting people all the time or what? Im totally destroyed after each workout, while if I go to training Footie training is to assign a fitness'm rather, why this is such a different physical condition than you need?

As MMA / Fighter for a while, I realized that he is strong, but be ready to fight beginning. If not, you get woken up, fast.
